I'm here to walk you through all of the details you hadn't yet thought of, before you walk down the aisle. You may not yet know what you want for your big day, but it is sure to be executed and achieved with perfection. From finding the perfect vendors, staying within the budget, keeping track of appointments and managing your guest list, Behind the Day will be there every step of the way, before your big day!

Virtual planning is available for each wedding package. All weddings and large events that I've planned have been done from a distance. All terms and services still apply, just the same.

PLATINUM PLANNING

This package is for the couple who want all they help they can get and want a complete stress-free wedding planning process. Everything will be taken care of for you, except for the deciding factors. Sit back and watch your big day unfold.

BEHIND THE WEDDING DAY

Timeline and checklist management
All budget tracking
Engagement announcement
Engagement party coordination
Vendor search and recommendations
Vendor management (i.e. all communications, negotiation, coordinating appointments, details, etc) from time of contract being signed
Make all necessary orders
Assistance determining design, colours and theme
All stationary design as needed
Coordinating accommodations and transportation for guests
All advice as needed
Unlimited meetings, video chats, phone calls, etc.
1 meeting at venue(s) once chosen and 1 closer to wedding day for final decisions
Help coordinate desired wedding day timeline, tasks, etc.
Coordination of rehearsal and rehearsal dinner

WEDDING DAY

Will arrive at venue as early as needed
Coordinating all details prior to the ceremony
Ensuring everything is on schedule and timeline is followed, as desired
Point of contact for all vendors
Dealing with any unforeseen hiccups
Directing the processional
Assisting in venue setup for ceremony and reception to ensure vision is brought to life
Ensuring everything is delivered to the right place/people
Coordinating cocktail hour, photos, reception
Distributing final payment and gratuity to vendors if required
Will work until as late as needed
Extra fees apply for weddings outside of demographic area, for travel

Starting at $3.500 - package can be customized

PRESTIGE PLANNING

This package is for the couple who want most tasks taken off-their hands, want all of the guidance, but will take care of some of the details. Your wedding day will be flawless with Behind the Day's Prestige Planning package.

BEHIND THE WEDDING DAY

Vendor search and recommendations
All vendor management and communication (includes appointment bookings with vendors from time of signed contract)
Assistance in determining design, colours and theme
Stationary design as needed
All advice as needed
Maximum of 5 meetings via video chat, phone or in person (does not include initial consultation or venue meeting)
1 meeting at venue(s) once chosen
Help coordinate desired wedding day timeline, tasks, etc.
Coordination of rehearsal and rehearsal dinner

WEDDING DAY

This is for the couple who need all basic tasks taken off their hands and to ensure their wedding day is completely taken care of. Let Behind the Day guide you through your perfect day.

Help coordinate desired wedding day timeline, tasks, etc.
Coordination of ceremony rehearsal

WEDDING DAY

Coordinating all details prior to the ceremony via phone and email communications, as needed; arrival at venue 2 hours before the wedding
Ensuring everything is on schedule and timeline is followed, as desired
Point of contact for all vendors
Dealing with any unforeseen hiccups
Directing the processional
Assisting in venue setup for ceremony and reception/room flip, to ensure vision is brought to life
Ensuring everything is delivered to the right place/people
Coordinating cocktail hour, photos and reception

This is for the couple that are planning an intimate day with the nearest and dearest to their hearts (25 guests maximum). Behind the Day will provide essential planning for the simple couple who will see their dream day come to life.
